JOINING THE P-38 ASSOCIATION (OFFLINE)

It's easy to join us the traditional way by printing out the application, completing it, and mailing it to us with your dues via US Postal Service.

You have two options:

• Download Your P-38 Association Application Here. This will open up the document from the website, where you can print it out (You will need to have the Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Most computers come with that already provided, but if for some reason you do not have it, you can get the free software here.).

  OR
   

• You can open the application online and save it to your computer.  Then print it out from there whenever it's convenient.

IMPORTANT!

This will require that you have the free Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Most computers come with that already provided, but if for some reason you do not have it, you can get the free software here. 

1. Right click on the "Download Your P-38 Association Application Here" link at the bottom of this page.

2. Left click on "Save Target As" or "Save Link As".

3. Save document to your computer. (Please make a note of where on your computer you saved the document.)

It should look something like this:

4. Open the document by double clicking on the saved document file.
   It will be named: membership-app-08.pdf

5. Print out the application, complete it and mail it in to us with your membership dues.
