Glacier Girl Restoration

Although we old hats take it for granted, we tend to forget that not everyone knows about Glacier Girl, the P-38 recovered from beneath a Greenland icecap a few years ago.

Thanks to Mark Demmin Sr. for giving us the heads up on this article.  His father-in-law, Sgt. Paul Cady Sr., was assigned to the 6th PRG, 36th PRS (Airabs, F-5′s) from 1943-1945. His squadron island hopped all throughout New Guinea, Biak Island, Phillipines, Okinawa and into Japan.
