It’s easy to become a member of the P-38 National Association the traditional way by printing out the application, completing it, and mailing it to us with your dues via US Postal Service.
You will need to have the free Adobe Reader on your computer to view and print out this application. Most computers come with this program already installed. If yours doesn’t, you can download it easily here.
Please note: You do not need to be a veteran to join our organization dedicated to the P‑38 Lightning.

Follow these simple steps:
Print it out. (Once the document is open in a new tab, with most computers, holding down the Ctrl key and tapping “p” will open your printing options window.)
Complete the form.
Mail it to us with your check.
