P-38 Sculptures

We have two sculptures on display at the P-38 Museum.

P-38 Monument

Tony LeVier Sculpture & Monument

The first thing you see when approaching the entrance to the Museum is a beautiful P‑38 monument, the “shining star” of the P‑38 Museum. It is dedicated to test pilot Tony LeVier, who did everything he could to guarantee that the pilots would have the best Lightning they could possibly get! (Learn more about LeVier here.) Hundreds of people have chosen to honor their friends and relatives by having their names and/or squadrons added to this monument.

The other is the amazing P‑38 sculpture which we donated to the March Field Air Museum, and it is displayed in their main courtyard!

We have a page to thank our Association's financial contributors and will add your name when you make a contribution.  No donation is too small!

What would you pay for a good aviation DVD or book? If you enjoy this website, please consider a financial contribution of the same amount to help defray our increasing costs and ensure that this part of aviation history continues to be available to people all over the world.
