The following cartoons poke a little fun at some of the “unusual” quirks in the P‑38. Sometimes, you’ve just gotta laugh at yourself… All of them are not cartoons in the ha-ha sense of the word, but rather cartoon-like drawings of the era.

We’ve given credit where credit was known, but if anyone recognizes an uncredited image please point us in the right direction so we can get the official reprint OK. Thanks.
